A couple of years ago, I photographed the the very adorable newborn Neve along with her sister Chloe. Well I had the chance to photograph them again. This time a friend of the family hired me to do some portraits as a Christmas present, so there are some that I cannot show, but they know about the present so I am allowed to show you some. Get ready to be charmed to the point of near death. Yes, they are THAT cute!

On June 16, Youth Unlimited North York brought together fundraisers and volunteers and build the worlds largest QR Code. you can lean more about the details of the event at theqrcode.ca and you can see a video below.
One of the ways that I was involved in the event as a sponsor was by setting up a photobooth, we had some fun individuals and groups come through and we e-mailled them their pictures so that they could tweet and share them during the event.
In the end, we did create the worlds largest scannable QR Code and are currently waiting on word from Guinness to see if they will accept the attempt. Here are some shots from the day.
Remember the contest I put together? Well Laura submitted the winning entry and we did a photoshoot the night before the QR Code event. They had already had an eventful day and the kids were a little tired, but we had a fun walk and were able to get some nice shots. Don’t be surprised if you see some more of them in the future…
A while ago, I sneak peeked a photoshoot for Travis. After his shoot, things got pretty busy for me and my family as we moved and as a result, I haven’t blogged in quite some time. I really wanted to get Travis’ pictures up before now, but here they are.
Travis’ dad is a sound engineer and a gifted worship leader and so we incorporated some props to go along with those interests. Travis is also an excellent communicator as his mom is a certified baby sign instructor, however He didn’t really want to talk to me or the camera.
Travis’ parents and I have been planning this shoot for almost a year! When Travis was born they approached me to say that they would like to do a shoot as soon as things got a little less busy. If you’ve ever parented a newborn, you know that they’ve simply given up on that idea and went ahead and booked a time to shoot.

Remember Hilary June? We had a wonderful photo session last Friday. She slept, as they say, like a baby through the whole thing. I’ve never met a more content and cooperative baby. Tim and Amber are incredibly excited to be new parents and it seems as though Hilary is pretty pleased herself.
It seems as though Tim’s love of super heros is going to experience some great challenges in the near future. Hilary may, in fact, have just earned herself the name Super Woman
Hilary June is 9 days old and is already settled into her new home with Tim and Amber, the proudest first time parents you’ll ever meet. It was my hounour to meet them today, here’s a sneak peek at our session:
Remember Declan? He is a little cutie, but I use the word little with caution. Declan was born at 11lbs 14oz I guess you could say he’s a bit of a pork roast! I got to photograph him at just over a week old. With Mom and Dad there to help him along and Big Brother Cordell along to make sure he was taken care of, Declan did wonderfully in his first photoshoot.
With the presence of a pork roast it only made sense that Declan’s parents wanted to get a shot of him in a roast pan, unfortunately he was a little too big for the roast pan so they went with a soup pot.
Baby Declan is two weeks old. Here’s a sneak peek of our shoot from today.
